DataDrillers' Telecom Rate and Usage Analysis provides rate information needed to understand your monthly Telecom expenses -- and contain them. Areas having high usage, rates and/or cost are easily identified for further investigation and expense reduction.

The above chart provides an example of a typical analysis finding. The graphics show that rates ranging from 3 cents per minute (CPM) to 18 CPM were charged for the period analyzed. The chart also shows that a majority of usage is billed between 8 and 15 CPM; and that there is very little usage or cost at the optimal 3 CPM rate. In this example, the Client believed they had a great contract with a very low three-cents per-minute (3 CPM) rate; however what they did not know was that relatively little usage was billing at this rate. DataDrillers' mini-rfp process and Competitive Analysis Report revealed that expense reductions in the range of 50 percent could be achieved by moving to lower cost calling plans or providers.
